David è un consulente informatico e Quality Assurance Support consultant per Edge Wallet (edge.app), azienda di San Diego che ha rilasciato un wallet multicurrency non custodial, open source e privacy oriented. Fa parte del team di Bcademy, con la quale collabora in qualità di docente su Bitcoin e blockchain.

Classe 1990. Maturità classica, laurea in economia. Nel 2013 è tra i primi in Italia ad investire in due trend poco esplorati: blockchain e social media. Oggi è uno dei principali divulgatori tecnologici italiani, ha co-fondato l’associazione di categoria Assobit e la società di consulenza e sviluppo Blockchain Core. È editore di Cointelegraph e direttore della prima scuola di formazione del settore: The Blockchain Management School.
È membro della task force governativa di esperti scelta dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico per delineare la strategia nazionale in ambito blockchain e dello Steering Committe Blockchain di Assolombarda. È fondatore e amministratore delegato di You & Web, tra le più note società italiane di comunicazione integrata specializzata in strategie virali, con cui cura la comunicazione di numerosi personaggi pubblici, programmi televisivi, brand e multinazionali.
È professore con cattedra in Blockchain presso l’Università Guglielmo Marconi, professore del Corso di Eccellenza in Blockchain presso l’Università degli Studi di Macerata e tiene da anni il corso in Web e Social Media Marketing presso l‘Università Sapienza di Roma, considerato uno dei più autorevoli corsi del settore.
È stato speaker in diversi TEDx, conduce un programma radiofonico di divulgazione su tecnologia e economia su Radio2 ed è spesso esperto opinionista per tutto ciò che riguarda l’innovazione nelle più importanti conferenze del settore e per la RAI. Nel 2019 è stato inserito da Forbes nella celebre classifica degli Under30 più influenti leader del futuro e da Millionaire tra i 15 giovani italiani che cambieranno il paese. Dal 2019 è membro del Mensa International, associazione che raccoglie persone con un quoziente intellettivo superiore al 98% della popolazione mondiale, avendo superato il test di ammissione con un QI superiore a 133.

After studying Physics at the University of Milan in Italy, he became a Technology Consultant in Accenture for a few years, mostly in the industry of traditional payments. After discovering Bitcoin in 2013, he quit his “respectable” job to take part to some Bitcoin-focused startups (some successful experience in wallets, some mixed experience in mining, some unsuccessful experience in “blockchain tracking” nonsense).
In 2015 he created a Bitcoin-focused R&D center in Milan, which later extended in the BHB research and consultancy Network in Switzerland and elsewhere. He sold his companies in 2018, to focus on his freelance activities (and on his family). While mostly operating as a freelance, he still cooperates with a few organizations, such as Bcademy (for education), Bitcoin Magazine (for articles), LNP/BP Association (for non-profit FLOSS development), etc.

Imprenditore ventennale ed esperto in materia AML, oggi, assieme al suo partner storico Davide Barbieri, dirige The Rock Trading: il più longevo exchange di criptovalute in tutto il mondo. Demetrio is passionate about blockchain, innovation, change, startups, technologies, paradigms, paradoxes, languages, cultures and diversity. He built his experience starting from the information technology industry, converting to finance/insurance in one of the most dynamic and complex Italian banking and insurance groups. He is the classic “early adopter“ so it’s likely that he’s got already that “new weird thing“ that you saw the other day on a Chinese website. Serial innovator, he’s luckily left with that “sense of precariousness” typical of those who have worked with immature technologies for a long time, so he tends to test everything by himself before promoting a solution or a technology.

Pioniere dell’online banking in Italia, dopo l’esperienza in McKinsey, dove ha promosso il progetto di una banca diretta, proseguito poi in Rasbank, diventa Amministratore delegato di Ing Direct e dal 2008 Amministratore delegato di Che Banca!, per poi diventarne il presidente qualche anno più tardi. Nel 2015 fonda Conio insieme a Vincenzo Di Nicola.

At J.P. Morgan Asset Management from 2002 until 2019, Pietro has been Country Head for France since 2014: beforehand he had been Head of Sales for Italy and responsible for business in Greece. Before 2002, he held commercial functions at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Milan. He has more than 20 years of experience in the asset management sector. He was previously a consultant in the financial pole of Andersen Consulting. Pietro started his career in Brussels, in a commodities trading company. He holds a Master in Economics and Social Sciences (DES) from Bocconi University in Milan, and a baccalaureate in humanism (maturità classica) at the “Andrea Doria” High School in Novi Ligure. He is a proud supporter of the Torino Calcio football team.

Massimo is Algorand Foundation’s Chief Economist. He joined as an EAC member and Head of Economic Research when he was also serving as head of Rates and Credit Modelling, and Coordinator of Model Research, at IMI bank. He has been Professor of Fixed Income at Bocconi University and of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies at Swiss Finance Institute Lugano. He was an Advisor and Trainer at the World Bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and several private and public financial institutions.  He published several quantitative finance papers on top journals and conference proceedings, and is author of the seminal books Understanding and Managing Model Risk, and Counterparty Credit Risk, Collateral and Funding, by Wiley Finance.

Massimo holds an MsC in Economics and a PhD in Maths. His main areas of research have been interest rates, credit modelling, risk management, and the decentralization of markets through technology and incentives. He authored several early articles proposing blockchain and smart contract solutions for financial markets and financial products. His work on blockchain has been featured on CoinDesk, Risk Magazine, Bitcoin Magazine, Harvard Business Review and has often been quoted by institutions.

He served as Corporate Development Manager of Siamosoci, one of the most important equity crowdfunding platform in Europe (Italy).
